Ensure that your paper is formatted according to the National Conference's submission guidelines before submitting. The paper should be submitted in Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX format.
Copyright Transfer Form:
After submitting the article, authors must fill out and submit the Copyright Transfer Form. This is mandatory for transferring the copyright of the paper to the conference for publication.
If the article is being reviewed for a journal that follows a peer review process, it will be assessed for quality, originality, and academic merit. Authors may be asked to make revisions based on feedback from the journal's editorial team or external reviewers.
Once the article and copyright form are received, the paper will be forwarded to the collaborated journal team for review and publication. The paper will be considered for publication in one of the journals affiliated with the National Conference.
If the journal requests revisions based on the peer review process, authors will be notified and asked to make the necessary changes. The revised version must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

Articles will be published in Scopus-indexed journals for authors who have registered for presentation with Scopus publication. The Scopus publication fee must be paid during registration to ensure your paper is included in these prestigious journals.
Publication in Google Scholar-Indexed Journals:
Authors who opt for publication will have their articles published in Google Scholar-indexed journals. This option is available to authors who do not select Scopus publication but still want their work to be accessible and recognized in the academic community.

After approval, the paper will be published in the selected journal. Authors will be notified once their paper is accepted for publication, and the details of the publication will be shared.
Publication Link:
Once the paper is officially published, the publication link will be shared with the authors. This link can be used to access the published article and share it with a broader academic audience.
