Visa Application Guidance

For participants requiring a visa to attend the National Conference:

• The National Conference organizing committee does not influence the visa application process or the decisions made by embassies or consulates.
• The National Conference is not responsible for the issuance of visas. Processing times may vary for each individual, and we strongly recommend applying for your visa as early as possible.
• The National Conference cannot intervene in decisions made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or embassies.
• We will not engage in any discussions or correspondence with MOFA or embassies on behalf of applicants.
